Maybe its time Stuart changed his right hand man and went with someone else? I do believe Stuart could be a great manager but I just wonder whether his loyalty to KB could be ultimately holding him back?

Good luck to him, hope he turns it around as long as it's not at our expense.

I've said it since November time, Stuart will send us down when we play them last away game. Then Wimbledon at home will be one of the most drab and uninspiring games known to man, due to them also been relegated, but I'll still be there!

But I believe as a manager Stuart is to much one of the lads. Just listen to Killa and McMahon talking about him on radio Leeds last week. When it comes to cracking the whip when a team is on a losing streak he can’t do itStop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand... -
Regarding being one of the lads, I assume he was the same in his first season back when he took us to Wembley, being one of the lads was his way of doing things and it didn't seem to be a problem on our way to the play off final.
You would have had employees that some needed a kick up the arse others need a quiet word, he put his arm around Marshall and convinced him to stay that second season he was our match winner so many games either scoring or making an assists.
Yes I listened to that Radio Leeds program and it came across that the players had a lot of respect for him, I honestly thought it was a nice touch, seeing him more as nice human being rather than the boss, obviously different managers have different ways, I believe the players under Phil Parkinson had respect for him but knew when and where to have a laugh or a bit of banter.
I don't think Stuart will be asked to return as many have said we've tried it twice, Phil Parkinson could be out of a job soon, maybe some would use a similar argument not to bring Phil back. -

There was certainly a situation that arose in January that upset the playing staff and I agree them downing tools ultimately lead to Stuart losing his job.
Back to my original point maybe if the powers that be in January had approached the situation differently the season might have been so different.
Just had dinner . -

I don't think his stock will be high enough at the minute after Scunthorpe.
I'd like him to get it, though. -
