    Not possible, it was only yesterday that @Keefly Bantam@Keefly Bantam reminded us no such investors exist.

    It's important to keep stating there's no way to.improve our situation, be it financially or with regards to infrastructure, hierarchy or training facilities

    He has the wealth (supposedly) but is apparently unwilling to use it. If he signs up with someone else (reputable and hopefully interested) then he might be encouraged to dip his hand in his back pocket and splash the cash.

    He's used some of it were told in the past to put Rahic's disastrous tenure right and to balance the books during the pandemic, would an investor come in and put money into a business he doesn't have part ownership, or will it be because Rupp has sold him a % of the club.

    When Hughes first got presented as the next manager Sparks unprompted stated he will have "the tools required,be that in coaching/recruitment/sports science/medicine or any other area"
    It is almost like Sparks himself knows,has figured it out finally- yet how is this to be funded?
    This is key, the season ticket monies should be used to improve the squad with quality.
    Apparently this season City had a top budget and yet this budget was cut.
