Well you should be questioning Rhodes, Rupp and maybe Ryan...

Rhodes is out of his depth and Rupp isn't interested in the club, so it's not a shock we are a club going nowhere.

Most fans..Fans should be questioning Rhodes right now and the direction he is taking this club but 2 years later still bashing on about Edin...Seriously.

Rhodes hiring Bowyer was just silly. McCall is back which is great but come on, nobody knows the direction under Rhodes. Useless.

I don’t get how we’d be at such a disadvantage next season compared to the rest of the division. Aren’t we due a seven figure sum when Sheff Utd stay up for McBurnie as well as money from Swindon since they’ve been promoted?

Well listen here, sort this shite out, act like a professional outfit... Stop this shite "we can't compete with f##King BARROW FFS. If not p##s off out of this club. That includes the owner, captain admin and Sparks if he doesn't buck his ideas up.

This sad mentally of happyclappers that are just glad to have a club to support needs to stop.. Our fans must demand success, everyone of us.

 

Good luck with the communication Ryan, I for one am struggling to be mildly interested in football at the moment, never mind the goings on at Bradford City.

The return of the premiership has done little to lift my enthusiasm. The very real threat of a second wave makes me doubt that crowds will be allowed back in until a vaccine is up and running. Add to the that the prospect of league 2 football and I’m sure you can see where I’m coming from.

Maybe I’ll feel differently when it’s my team playing.

If I supplied a shite service to my customers whilst they kept quiet and kept returning, I'd continue to feed them shite.

Conversely, if it was made clear what I was providing was inadequate I'd pull my finger out and sort it. Otherwise people would spend their money elsewhere.

It's about time the club and its supporters started thinking like this.

 

It's not really the 'service' that matters, so much as a 'product', and people buying it are doing so out of loyalty.

A better equivalent is those that buy only British products, or that buy only organic food, or that buy only from carbon neutral suppliers.

They're not buying the product because it's better than what they can get elsewhere, they're buying it for a particular reason. Football fans buy out of loyalty and whatever you want to call the whole tribalism thing. I know plenty of City fans that drift in and out of interest, they tend to be called 'plastics' and they'll definitely be there when things are going great, and have to a man always attended Wembley games and tried to get tickets to massive cup draws.

Let's face it, the mentality of football fans is an age old thing that is deep rooted - and the thick and thin, rain or shine nature of sticking with your club is not unique to any club, least of all Bradford City.

Not everybody subscribes to it, that's fine - but improvement won't necessarily be driven by an assumption that fans are fickle and less loyal. I think fans that decide not to renew out of personal choice consistently overstate how widely felt their point of view is.

There's one far more important thing that prevents clubs from simply treading water below the expected level; it's called income, and TV is king. We can talk about ambition all we want, but the real limit is the level of imagination and talent within the club - at all levels - not ambition.

 

Talent without ambition is wasted, Without a desire to put the talent to use to improve and grow you may as well not have the talent,
Unfortunately for City we have an ex chairman and now CEO in charge who has neither

 

Contact Ryan directly and tell him what needs doing. It's no good you keeping anything to yourself that could help the club move forward.
