I don't know if it's just a really busy Game Week or if Chippy has bought a bunch more cards again but I had to adjust the spreadsheet again as his cards overflowed the table

This game week we have 3 specials.

• Mbappe Special - The final one of these so the last chance to get a raffle ticket
• Cap 200 - Put together a lineup whose combined last 15 is under 200. Cards can be any season. Works out as an avergae of just 40 which is certainly but is a great compeition to get some use out of those Tier 5 level cards in the hope they pull out a rare excellent performance or come off the bench and get a decisive
• Eredivisie Special - Only cards playing in the Eredivisie. 3 have to be in-season

Mbappe Special

TBH he is the only one that really jumps out for me. Too mnay of the obvious choices are playing against top sides or against each other this game week. And after Alisson screwed so many over last weekend is he someone you want to take a risk on. He is predited to have a 58% chance of a Clean sheet which is much higher than the other obvious choices

• Kohn (Monaco) doesn't have an awful matchup against La Harve but he played tonight so you can't be 100% certain he came through it
• Milinkovic-Savic (Torino) who was my tip for the first game week isn't an awful choice especially with his current forum but he is better at home and Torino are away to Verona and are only 2 places higher in the table (5th vs 7th)
• Vicario (Spurs) might be an option with Brendford having sold Toney and now Wissa is injured but he plays for Spurs and Spurs like doing Spurs things
• Martinze (Vila) has a decent matchup but I worry Villa might struggle to perform with them not being accustomed to European Football

Defenders

• Hakimi (PSG)
• Clauss(Nice)
• TAA (Liverpool)
• Grimaldo (Levekusen)

Hakimi is always an obvious choice and TAA will generally rack up alot of All Round score but actually Clauss is one I'm edging towards. St Etinne are awful and have been conceding alot so he could have alot of joy down the right from FB and you would expect Nice to keep a clean sheet. And actually he often gets used as right winger too giving him even more chance to add to his goal and assits he has inthe league already this season

Midfield

• Olise (Bayern)
• Bruno (Man Utd)
• Bellingham (Real)
• Wirtz (Levekusen)
• Holberg(Marseille)

You could make an argument for Kimmuch and Musiala from Bayern but the matchup seems suited more for Olise to do well than them. With Bruno if United do well (which you can never guarntee) then Palace are the type of team Bruno can be creating chances great chances all match.

Bellingham is maybe where I'm eding towards though although Wirtz is also tempting although he played tonight


Forward
Mbappe (Real)

I've don't think I've suggested him yet but it looks a good matchup for him

There is also Kane who we know how deadly he is and its hard to bet against him but I'm kind of expecting Werder Bremhem to be hard to break down centrally which is why for Midfield I went for Olise over the others so he may not get as many chances as normal, rather being the foil for the likes of Olise

Greenwood has a good matchup, I'm not sure I would go for him over Mbappe or even Kane BUT especially for @Chippy who has a limited Greenwood card it might be a good choice
Salah and Son are also others that may have potential

Not bad for a T4 tbh

I also got 24 essence (2 tens, 1 three and a one). Annoyingly leaves me 5 short of 100


Annoyingly for this week the spreadsheet I use to help put my lineups together had some major issues (Think the data sources it pulls from got overloaded) so while I had all my teams setup in that hours before the submission time when I was half way through copying my lineups it started locking up so I couldn't see them so I ended up missing out on 5 or 6 of my lineups. Hopefully the players in these lineups all do awful because if they do well it will be annoying (especially my rare lineups where alot of the time my lineups are total punts in rare but I was able to put out 2 lineups that looked to have great matchups)

 

I was divided on Hakimi and Clauss and then I thought 'Why not both'. I would expect everyone I listed t do 75 plus but there were small things with each that I wouldn't be completely surprised if they did around a 50. But those two I had no doubts they would do 80+ and it's certainly got off to a good start with the 100 plus 50 captions bonus for Clauss

 

Olise just got subbed on 100 so that's 2 from 2 on 100s so far. Kind of wishing I went with Kane over Mbappe as while he wasn't doing great initially as I suspected but as they tired he has come good, not 100 good right now but not far off

 

Was so annoying, it wasn't even a shot on goal rather a pull back and somehow he managed to make a mess of it and put it in his own net. He basically had nothing else to do all game so should have been a minimum of 60. Might have just scrapped the 400 with that

 

I'm guessing you are just short of a card in it but are getting a reward box (which TBH with essence I'm liking better than a T5 card as even if you don't wait to get enough to craft a higher min tier you can still craft a star card from that 20 essence if you get lucky. I certainly prefer waiting to 100 so I get no worse than a T3 but I've seen people on YouTube craft Star and T1 level cards off 20 essence)

 

Oh and how are we 5th in the squad league. Last week we would have won with this score
