While DNPs regularly annoy me as I have a couple of lineups every GW ruined by them, I'm not a fan of DNP solutions. For example, let's say you are competing in the Bundesliga comp and a number of your rivals have Bayern stacks, if Kane doesn't play, your chances of a good finish suddenly go up massively as these Bayern Stacks (and those who just have Kane and then other players in the league) but with subs they could put in another Bayern forward or someone equally as OP giving the whales even more an advanatage.

BTW I'm watching Lairds podcast from a couple of days ago about 3rd party tools, there are some ones I wasn't aware of and I think I'm going to put up a sticky with a list of tools that are helpful on here from this BUT something I totally forgot is that the back of the cards for the last couple of seasons contain info about the card which I toatlly forget. There is some interesting data, no doubt I'll forget it exists in a week though

 

Bruno and Amad saved my week really. I entered 4 Arena's and got 1st in one and 2nd in the others but seeing as I was only on 1500 essence and that accounted for 1250 the rest of my week was poor. However Bruno/Amad managed to get one of my Premier League lineups won me 500 essence and got me over the streak amount so I won $5.

It probably still counts as a bad week as $5 and 2290 essence when my standard haul on a weekend is a couple of streaks (And this GW I was starting fresh on all my streaks) and 3500+ essence but it's not as bad. Certainly should let me do a craft

Got a special star on my Craft. Used all 3 clues so had

Scottish - Premier League
Mexico - Premier League
Norway - Premiera Liga
English - Premier League
English - Premier League

As the only English Premier League had a star card in the pool I only had a choice of two to go for. And managed top pick the correct one



Saka is an excellent pull especially as PL Forward is my weakest area especially with Amad off to AFCON

 

I actually just saw Saka's value so I'm kind of tempted to sell him pick up a cheaper striker and a Keeper (Seeing as since I won Vicario him and Spurs have turned awful lol).

It's such a tough choice though, as Saka is probably the best PL forward card there is outside of Haaland

 

I didn't think about the World Cup but certainly with Pickford and Saka It would provide a good base for a good WC lineup. Certainly pushes me toward keeping him. Will have to try and pick up a Englands starting Defender and Midfielder to go with them

 

We have some more news on the MLS switching to the European Schedule in 2027. Apparently they will switch from the 2 conference setup to 5 divisions with the following being the currently preferred setup

• Portland Timbers, Seattle Sounders, Vancouver Whitecaps, San Jose Earthquakes, Real Salt Lake, Colorado Rapids
• LA Galaxy, LAFC, San Diego FC, Austin FC, Houston Dynamo, FC Dallas
• Chicago Fire, Minnesota United, St. Louis City SC, Sporting Kansas City, FC Cincinnati, Columbus Crew
• CF Montreal, Toronto FC, New England Revolution, New York Red Bulls, NYCFC, Philadelphia Union
• D.C. United, Nashville SC, Atlanta United, Charlotte FC, Inter Miami, Orlando City

They will play everyone in their division twice, once home and once away. Then every other team will be played once either home or away. It says this will rotate so in season 1 half will be home, had away and then season 2 the teams they played at home will then be away.

Guessing they need the change to be more flexible as some places will struggle to put on home games in like December and January

So you see the matches on the side with your players. Clicking on a match shows the pitch view but if you scroll down you get



Shows you how the players impact the lineups that they are in and also some useful stats related to it. The only thing I don't like is that the pitch view is first. Personally I would like the lineup impact part to be first
