    Bowyer just confirmed that McCartan has picked up an injury in training, and that he would have been in the starting 11 at Macclesfield.

    We really are having the injury season from hell. It's actually a miracle that were second given the number of quality players we have missing.

    If McCarten isn't getting a shirt with all the injuries we've had then he sure as hell isn't getting a shirt once everyone is fit again.

    With the amount of injuries we have had this season most teams in this league would be playing juniors. It’s a credit to Bowyer work in the summer that we are still competing. Had the injuries been sickness in the squad there would be grounds for postponements

    Credit where it is due Fordy. I doubt any other club would be able to sustain our good form with the high number of injuries we have been suffering with.

    It shows that Bowyer has recruited well

    Yes, but not half the first team squad out at once. The number of injuries this season has been exceptional. And it's mostly been our creative/goal threat players. So I think that Bowyer has done very well to get us into the auto places given the loss of very good players. It's meant we've had to grind out wins instead of dominating teams but results are results, however you get them.

    No apparently he’s just a negative manager, forget who’s out injured, sensible management is just to attack at all costs.

    ignore we are the 4th highest scorers in the league, with 5/6 key players out which would walk into most teams in this league.
