Season tickets

Yes agree think that is the reason for the early sale, plus you need a purchase history from 2024/25. Sensible precautions

 

They tend to put home games on sale in batches quite far in advance, all 3 August games are already on sale. Going on what we did last season before the start of the season the games up until Christmas will go on sale

What have they sent you via email? is it a link for each ticket or just an image of the ticket?

 

I now have both physical and digital ticket

 

A link to add to either apple or google wallet

 

not sure why they haven't sent them directly to each member rather than just to the lead holder

 

QR code same as last season with your seat details.

 

I bought both mine and the grandson season ticket and he received his email around the same time.

 

I only received one email with both tickets on to upload. Just spent an hour trying to sort it. Mine went in a minute. I tried to email it to the other half so he could upload. It kept telling me it was the incorrect email. In the end I sent it to another email I had and forwarded it to his no problem. No idea why it would not let me send it from the email I received it on. I think they should send them separately.

 

the only thing I can think why they haven’t sent them all directly to each person is that not everyone has set up their account properly with a different email address for each account, so one for each child etc. so rather than deal with loads of issues of people not receiving tickets maybe this way they thought there would be no issues

 

weirdly I just forwarded it on to my dad and my brother. My brother then forwarded it my nephew all with no issues

 

Be interesting to see how many tickets have been sold now the Saturday deadline has come and gone, guessing around 17,000?

 

It's a real pain asking for separate emails for kids who don't have one. It's a nightmare when renewing or receiving season tickets.

 

I think 15.5K at best.......

 

It said on the article yesterday nearly 16k, doubt it would have moved in the few hours after that.

 

Receiving shouldn’t be an issue this year as they got sent to the main person in the group who bought so if you bought them using friends and family or in person at ticket office they will all go to one person
