It works both ways like gym membership it comes out every month continuing yes people can opt out but they can opt in at any time it’s a big incentive to get it right. I think it’s The modern way of doing things

The club don't need fans to pay more money.

They either need Rupp to put some money up front, win back the fans en route to promotion, in which case we can think about an increase in ST price next season, or they need to work with the budget they'll get anyway, which is ample if the club are to be believed.

Under no circumstances is an increase in ST prices justifiable under Rupp and Sparks.

Why should Rupp put up money. This is a business not a charity. Ffp only allows you to spend a percentage of turnover.

 

FFP is bollocks and if it’s it’s about you can only spend a percentage of profit then make my point of getting a new training ground even stronger then.

Do we actually need more money or just spend it better.

Bradford City is like the NHS, the more you throw at it, the more gets wasted. The NHS doesnt need extra funds, it needs less manager's, less highly paid CEOs, less hignly paid execs at NHS England in Leeds, less being ripped off by contractors, less being ripped off by big pharma, GPs being given the three line whip on the hours their surgeries are open so A&E isn't overrun by people who cant get into a GP and the PFI debt that Blair created wiping out.

Bradford City have enough money to build a very good squad, but like the NHS we just need manager's who spend it well and a CEO who stops spunking it away on compensation paid to sacked managers.

We don’t need more money on players, it needs spending better.

Where we do need more money is off field, to improve things like coaching methods, sports science and scouting so we don’t keep signing dross year on year!

Our trouble is we have large overheards, it’s fine the playing budget been sustainable but if we want to grow the off field side of things then we’ll have to fund overheads separately instead of everything coming out of this one ‘sustainable’ pot.

I liken us more to David Cameron’s Britain, Austerity and living within our means which for business means no growth. It’s not a charity it needs investment, speculate to accumulate.

 

Does anyone know if there is an upgrade on the normal season ticket? If there is, how much extra does it cost.

for parking speak to the ticket office but I’d be surprised if there are any spaces at the ground. There may be some at the TA barracks though

 

Thank you. The Barracks would probably be ok. I will try make enquiries for next season. My other half is having back problems and finding it difficult to walk any distance. Plus the seats are not doing his back any good.

 

the seats are slightly more comfortable in the areas for the suites, but if extra padding.
Depending on where you sit currently might be worth just popping across and tryi by them out before a match.
