Julian in his interviews has already eluded to the fact the finances are a mess. He has already warned the fans about a tough summer ahead.

So whom and what covers our other expenses. Ground rent, stewards, tax et al.

Sponsorship, banquet suits? Have we actually got a ground sponsor next season yet?

OK miswording - the majority of which will be put into the playing budget.

A little disapointing after some were quoting 14,000 but all in all a great effort.

Hang on. @Dennis is alluding to the fact that there may not be a deficit, other than what is being said? There is certainly no injection of cash. So my question is, how are we paying bills atm?

We might reach that by the start of next season.

    Did I?

All the season ticket revenue will be put into the playing budget and the debt will decrease every year as I imagine Rupp will make some sort of contribution year on year to clear it.

Do you really believe Rupp will contribute to the debt for no return? Seriously?

Edit. My apologies, misread your reply. My bad.

I said I misworded not you? I absolutely do. If you have a debt it is your responsibility to pay it off is it not? Whether it be in one hit which is unlikely in this case or in staged payments. If he had no intention to clear the debt he would of put us into admin in January?

I think @Dennis cleared up this situation in prior posts. He would have lost all his monies I believe, had he put us in admin.

His actions were Imo a business decision to protect his initial investment.

Why get nothing when you can get something. He can run the club without having to dip into his own pocket. He can keep us afloat until someone comes in for us. Why walk away and lose everything when he could get a possible £3million. For example.

Your logic explains above why if there is a debt he will eventually have to pay it then surely?

This is the question I asked Denis Onside, because surely the debt figure that is being banded about isn't sustainable from our season ticket sales alone and will have to put some money in sooner rather than later?

Well as we have seen, many clubs run with a large deficit. Its easily done. The problem is when it comes to sell up or that the deficit becomes too much that the owner stops putting in. We have seen it far too much this season and clubs are going to the wall far too easily. In the last month we have seen 4-5 clubs who have been unable to pay their players. I’m not saying we are anywhere near this but Rupp needs to pull his finger out. I do get some comfort knowing Rhodes is at the club.

They are your right but I'd like to see a league two club with the same rumoured debt that we do, surely it is no way shape or form sustainable for any club in the bottom tier.

JR has also said on several occasions that we will have a competitive budget next season. And Bowyer has stated he has already had exploratory with players for next season so the money must be coming from somewhere if you take them at their word

Does anyone have a source for these interviews? I would be interested to see/hear them.
