Were you a separate category of creditor in the final version of the CVA? Did you get to cast your vote on the final version of the CVA or by that time was it anticipated that the 25 yesr deal would simply continue without change?

We got to vote on it. But part of the CVA was that we would not get a dividend as all obligations would form part of the agreement. So part of the CVA was that the tickets would be honoured in full. This wasn't a gesture of goodwill it was part of the CVA

Yes, it just contnued as is. Goodwill never came into it. It was only in the sale of the club to JR's new company in Admin 2 when 'goodwill' became the solution.

Yep. Just can not find CVA2 paperwork from July 2004 as I'm sure we also got a vote in that one too.

Any update on the numbers back in 2022.

Seems a tad quiet on this front

Keep up, that was the first administration. According to you that club no longer exists.

The club exists without change of name as that is registered with the football league and is copyright but like most business the owners change with a change of business registration and name at companies house especially after administration, We have usually changed business name with each new owner, Its not hard

The 25 yearers did indeed. I've got all the paperwork. I posted some of the information on the old Claret & Banter.
As we've had 4 more seasons in League Two to add on (including next season) the deal agreed at CVA2 extends the 25 year season tickets to at least 2029/30. It seems these tickets will outlast their 'owners'.

So would that be legally binding or a gesture of goodwill that they could pull at any point?

The deal the 25 yearers are currently on was clearly a goodwill gesture. However, should the Club cease that deal, technically they should go back to the deal that was offered and agreed at CVA2. As to whether or not that deal is legally binding, ultimately only a court could decide that; I would hope that, after all this time, no one would go down that route.

We could really do with this being brought to a close.

I was given to believe that was the intention of Rahics when he invited the 25 yearers to that meeting and sound them out how they felt with regards bringing the 25 year tickets to an end, but after the first few relies/comments I think he got the message it wasn't going to happen voluntary.

I believe I saw a breakdown of season ticket purchases for 21-22 somewhere that said the number of 25-year season tickets sold was just under 700. The club will be less and less worried about this issue each year as the discount in total for 25-yearers keeps reducing and probably equates to only around £1000 per week now (only half a League 2 player's salary if you have a "competitive budget"?) and will only fall further. Being accused of taking money from the club is a bit harsh. I'm a 25-yearer but I also pay to bring in any of my family that wants to go. That's currently 6 other season tickets for kids and grandkids and their attendance then brings food and merchandise sales. And don't forget cup tickets on top. They cost me quite a bit a few years back!

I’d be happy to have mine cancelled and pay full price for a season ticket in exchange for lifetime access (not a seat) to the Bantams bar for me and my son. I enjoy going in there before the game even though my seat is in upper Kop.
I usually spend over £20 on drinks and food before each home game so I’d suggest that’s a deal heavily in favour of the club.
If anyone from the club actually reads this forum then I’d be happy to discuss further

Mr half glass empty strikes again.

The deadline is about 6 weeks away to renew current seat and prices.

A lot of fans will hang onto their money until much nearer deadline time.

So slow that it's 3500 more than we'd sold this time last year.

Had to think long and hard whether to get one this year, must be the Mark Hughes factor because again I’ve been taken in against my better judgement and just purchased again. Hopefully season 26 will bring some luck…
