Of those 2,600 yet to renew, over 75% of them have held season tickets for at least (the past) 6 consecutive seasons.

15,000-16,000 sales is a distinct possibility.

 

Went down to get what will probably be my last season ticket for various reasons. I'm guessing everyone has signed up who was going to sign up as there was no one there. Said they'd sold over 13,500 but no sure by how many. Decent effort to say the fans have been treated like mugs for years.

 

I think the fans will rally round Mark Hughes and we will see this seasons take up surpassed next season, that in its self is a great achievement considering in the coming year the price of gas, electric, petrol, council tax, food, interest rates will increase increasing mortgages, your wage rise will be no where near keeping up with talk of 10% inflation, we all see things differently last season tickets were increased 33% I believe @bantamdave41 corrected me we were once again given the promotion spiel and see ourselves nearer a relegation battle that a top 7 place, sorry @EdwinB I can't agree anyone with a family are going to find 2022 very hard and an increase in season ticket price's might be the straw that broke the camels back these are the fans we need to encourage to bring their children down to Valley Parade.

 

The club would have died without the lifeblood. You should be thanking us all.

I’ve just renewed for me and my son, also we have a new purchase for my 14 year old daughter, who came a few times last season and loves it. Did it down at the ticket office today.

 

A man that claims to be as financially astute as you, would know that it’s common sense to invest in appreciating assets, such as property, rather than depreciating assets, such as cars. Puts your whole theory into doubt.

Yes, absolutely.

Take last season for example. On the 26th June 2021, we had sold 8,419. By the 10th July, we had sold in excess of 12,700 - selling almost 2,000 ST’s in the final week alone.

To amass 8,200 ST sales almost 3 weeks before the early-bird prices expire, all without any key signings yet announced, is absolutely fantastic.

Once those players offered new contracts are announced as retained, the release of the kit coinciding with key signings are also announced, watch those sales surpass last seasons total.

I’m very confident of this, as is the club.

When you extend the deadline, the fans won't believe your deadline next year. What do you do then?

 

Sorry to hear about your father, it will be an emotional first game without him. I’m not sure what your pre match routine is but if you go to the Latvian club beforehand there’s some great guys that go there and you may be able to find some new buddies to sit with! Me included!
