    I think if they had said no more games this season as from last Saturday the would have sold millions. What a depressing crap season this as been so lets isolate and forget it.

    I think this will finish of a lot of clubs across various sports who will no doubt rely on the regular home games which bring the income in, not to mention refunds/compensation people will no doubt want if teams can't fulfill fixtures which they have pre paid for, what a mess.

    Spot on. With no income coming in and uncertainty about when football will be resuming this is just the time when the club needs to encourage ST sales. I shall renew mine tomorrow.

    Anyone who’s paid for season ticket on a credit card will get full refund if remaining games not played.
    And who’s gonna but a new season ticket now with no guarantee of football next season

    Why would you buy a season ticket when nobody knows what’s going to happen? So Rupp doesn’t lose as much money?

    Completely agree, like a few fans buying a season ticket will make any difference. What this virus has shown for me is how irrelevant people like celebrities and sports stars are when something like this affects everyone in society. The shelf stacker at my local supermarket has more relevance to me than a overpaid gobshites like Piers Morgan. In fact, looking through social media I swear some celebrities are desperate to catch the virus just so they can be relevant again. Lord help us if something really serious happens to the population, imagine having social media in the days of the Black death and the plague.

    Yes. Stefan Rupp has enough money. I’m not a charity for supporting German multi millionaires. Or any other nationalities. Why should I give him more? If he doesn’t want to own a football club and the liabilities that come with it he should sell to somebody who does.
