    I was thinking something similar over the weekend. Clubs like Lincoln and Oxford have fallen into the non league, returned to the football league and are now challenging for a place in the Championship. Whilst City struggle to make mid table obscurity in League 2. There's no doubt about it, we've been a very poorly run football club for far too long.

    An infallible chairman doesn't exist and it's much better to have one that admits mistakes rather than a stubborn one. Hindsight is 20/20 and Sparks would've been criticised for not appointing them as permanent managers.
