Meanwhile, back in the real world, T&S to stay put but work on a more "attacking" philosophy.

 

And what? Everyone makes wrong decisions from time to time and not everyone will agree with what he does. Important he sticks to his own convictions.

Agree with you and I am also quite surprised at the game stats for the game-we had more shots on goal 15-11 and more on target 8-4 than Arrugate did yet my overall feeling of the game is that we didn't threaten them enough. You could argue they were more clinical but when you see our defending for both goals...

 

If the Club prefer to stick with T&S I think they would benefit by appointing a mentor in the form of a knowledgable Director of Football. The Club's journey has to have momentum whoever is at the reigns and be mind full of the fans' need for successful strategies.

I agree but the buck stops with him and fans bouncing out managers after a few poor performances isn’t always to the benefit of the club. The grass is very rarely greener on the other side and experience shows that we rarely change for the better

We didn't stick with them, they were sacked early on.

 

Of those Bowyer should have had longer. But these two we en have now have worked wonders from a very low point . And there is no way that they should be replaced for yet another journey man like Hurst.
When we are looking at new managers we are looking either at failed managers from other clubs or untried people looking for a chance. Our fans favourite manager has been given every chance over three appointments now let these lads have a chance to build something
