Ryan did say before a ‘manager’ was being recruited....... but did he or anyone expected Trueman and Sellars to pick up 7 points in 9?

He would be perfectly entitled to change the criteria if he feels the answer is staring us straight in the face.

Sounds like the chap from Chesterfield, Turnbull, will be announced soon. They’ve issued a statement on their website saying he’s got a bigger opportunity.

Suits us - Sparks gives Turnbull the recruitment brief, he signs to plug the gaps, and T & C coach the players they are given, continue improving, organizing and preparing them as they have in the last couple of weeks....and keep picking up points to pull clear to safety.

Says he’s gone onto bigger and better things? Wouldn’t have thought it’d be with us - can’t see how been Ryan Sparks fall guy is ‘bigger and better’.

 

If they’ve decided he’s the man then yes, I’d agree.

 

Obviously you can’t read it’s hypothetical it’s just saying you moan and whine about anything so you deal with it

 

In the same article it quotes Bradford City, it's not over till the fat lady sings but I believe Lee Turnbull's the man.

 

That quote from the programme @StaffordBantam shared is interesting though because it suggests we've been working with someone/people for a couple of weeks now and it will all become clear soon or something.

I'm assuming Turnbull hasn't been working with us whilst at Chesterfield! Assuming not then he's only one piece of the puzzle, there must be others involved.

 

A head coach with a director of football? That sounds familiar. Maybe Ryan Sparks will make himself Director of Football?

 

The difference being, Sparks isnt a narcissist, jealous about the popularity of the manager, causing carnage and destroying relationships within and with the club!
