    Quickest way to get compliance, especially if they have bought the whole club, would be to suspend the club until they either cooperate or sell. The long get it goes on the value will drop

    Yes strange, it appears to be a “ forced” , “ leveraged” takeover, without any “ fit and proper” checks whatsoever.

    Looks to be some form of “ construction”, family type business?

    sorry, hadn’t seen his name linked in the reports. He will not pass the fit and proper test as he is still under investigation regarding Swindon so seems daft having him involved

    So they claim to own at least 40% but then the Trust was told by EFL that no purchases had happened but they must have done if the company are saying they are going to divest
