Reevesy is doing OK

As you say facial expressions are the least of his worries, I have spoken with quite a few fellow posters who have suffered depression on different levels, and as you say it is not a pleasant condition to have.

I'm not, I'm a right miserable sod on the inside aswell but nobody knows that.

 

He'd need a brain to suffer a mental illness. Therein lies the problem.

 

It really isn't a nice condition to have/see.

He did have depression as well but his was treated through testosterone interestingly

There is always a reason, we just might not know why. It can also be a combination of factors over a short or long period of time, but either way, there is always a reason.

 

If he's been out for two years he must be depressed.

If it’s depression with Reeves. The injuries and the set backs could be the trigger and that’s made his head go. He’s got the fear and doesn’t want to be injured again.
If it’s so I sympathise with him as someone who’s had issues myself.
I’d just like him back regardless-he was a tidy player and if he gets back to form could be a petit like figure in this division and the one above

 

Jake Reeves' alleged depression isn't really something to be speculated on - particularly the reasons.

There isn't always a trigger, there isn't always an obvious reason, football might be a complete non-factor, so if it is the case trying to work out why on the back of a beer mat isn't going to help anyone.
