The current team is on its way to smash an 85 year City record!

Between the 21 January 1933 and 11 March 1933, City set the current record for consecutive defeats of 8 games. It depends on whether or not you count the formidable challenge of the Everton Under 2 team as a proper competitive game, as the ones above were all league matches. However the big ‘record’ game looms ever closer.

On the basis that the current wearers of the (vague City) shirt are capable of setting a new record, then it will be either Wimbledon away or Sunderland at home which could see a new set of dates in the Club history being established!

We should be able to beat their under 2 team but the way we're playing I'm not counting on it

Is this the worst calendar year in the club's history? I can only think of 4 wins in 2018.

Last season under 21 teams did poorly but this season there have been several good results for them so either league teams can't be bothered with this daft competition or the under 21's have stepped up.

Nearly, it may feel like it, but......... we have won 6 competitive games in 2018, out of a total of 32 matches so far (includes Cup games). So not even a 2 out of 10 statistic!

The way our results have gone - then let's go for it, I say !! Let's shake this monkey off our back. Providing of course we then follow through with 3 straight Wins !!!!!!!!!!
    (At least !) ;)
