Pressure on Adams now

No lack of desire. And to be fair Vernam has had a reeeeeet go this last four or five games but he appears to be isolated and used too much. If he was any better he would not be with us he is a good runner and fast and sort of can shoot the right direction albeit not between the sticks. The rest are trying just not very good quality except Angol who once again would be higher up but has a glass hamstring. Lets see how DA manages us the next few games its going to be City bumpy ride.....

 

If you read the article in the Yorkshire Post since the defeat against Man Utd U21s you get an insight into what Derek Adams thinks about the players he has at his disposal.
He says "People are clamouring to be given opportunities and they've had that, they can't say to me they haven't had any game-time." I've given every single person at this football club an opportunity. I've seen them - the players that were here last year and the ones that have come in. We only had three new players in the team from the start on Tuesday so that shows you how much we've got to change going forward".
"I've come in and assessed it. I know what I've got to do to go forward and nobody can have any complaints."
That makes very interesting reading.

 

The players who were signed before are crap?

 

I am sorry sir but although have to say I do admire your cander I take exception to the use of the word "crap". I prefer to think that those players are not up to the standard required.
