I did upload it to the BantamTalk youtube channel but then I got a copyright strike on it forgetting I used a licenced piece of music which I do have a licence to use but only on my twitch and my personal Youtube channel. So its gone up there instead as I wasn't editing the video again to replace it

You have two because you double paid. The vouchers stack so you get 2 years. The first says its been applied but hasn't. I don't know WTF is up with your account as I tested them with multiple accounts

 

Try applying the second. I'm wondering if the donation one is causing issues. I've removed that one now

 

Did you follow my Video instructions? It's really not that hard if you do that

 

It's like a 1 minute video that shows you exactly where to put the code and then what to click after the code is applied. It took me longer to edit and render it than it does to watch

 

Do you mind if I change your password so I can login on your account? I'll email you the password I change it to

 

Same goes to @Tony Wilkinson as Onside seems to have gone offline. Can I change your password so I can log into it. I'll send you the new one via email so you can get back in (and can change it back when I'm done). I can't work out what is preventing your account having the update applied and seeing it hands on would help
