Premium Membership Changes

We have made a few changes to Premium Membership. These are as follows

1. The Upgrade Page can now be accessed on the toolbar as well as via the user panel
   
   
2. Extending Annual Subscription. Previously you had to wait for your subscription to expire to extend it. Now you can purchase the Non-recurring Annual subscription even when you have an active sub which will extend your expiry date by a year. The more times you buy it the more years it will add to your subscription
   
   
3. 6 Month Subscription. We have now added a 6-month subscription option. This is a recurring payment and will cost £5.50 ever 6 months (So £11 a year as opposed to £10 for yearly and £12 a year for monthly. We get charged a PayPal fee on every transaction hence the slight premium for the shorter sub-lengths)

And if any of you have issues with subscriptions being applied correctly (as we have had a report from one user there's didn't apply) please let us know. It should be instant and you should know its been applied as you will have the Premium Supporter banner under your name

 

As mentioned on the thread Karl linked I'm working on it. I've been going through the upgrade list working out which ones applied the upgrade and which didn't so I can try and identify the cause. There is a risk that if I just manually add people the right usergroup that it might make things worse so I want to try and fix it correctly

Some of you PM'd me or replied over multiple threads but to make it easier I'm going to collect them all here in this table. Solutions will be listed when I locate each issue and you can then decide which solution you want to take. Let me know which solution you want to take

If you don't have an issue and solution listed I'm still looking into it, will update the table and tag you in a reply when I know the issue and a fix

It is showing that its been redeemed by you. Can you just check on your Upgrades page that you don't have a free upgrade showing as being ready to apply.

The donations are separate. Some users wanted to give more than the sub cost so there are some additional donation options for a voluntary donation. Guess I Will make the description more obvious

 

Ok something weird is going on with them (you activated yours but it activated against Onsides code] I'm going to reset all the vouchers later on and reissue them after some extra testing. I'll also record a video showing the exact steps needed to activate
