    PLEASE NOTE: The only way to attend City’s pre-season friendly fixture against CD Eldense is by purchasing one of the above supporter packages

    Not sure when Bradford city become man United but not sure I like it

    I’m pleased with this. Wife bought a case of popcorn earlier this week , as did grandson’s (non-custodial) mother. I think I’ll have something to do as this thread develops. :joy:

    Agree. It sounds like flights not included. I have friends in Spain who live an hour away from Alicante so wonder if I could rock up and get a ticket on the day?

    No . It means unless you book direct with city via one of there packages you won’t be able to attend the game

    He possibly is but my point was regarding you have to book via city to be able to see the game nothing to do with flights

    I'm guessing the Spanish teams fans won't have to buy tickets in a "package" and whilst I wouldn't risk it, I think you'll be more than fine to pay for entry on the turnstiles.

    Why on earth would the Spanish club turn down the money?

    This smacks of the club negotiating a cheap deal and trying to strong arm the fans into paying for it. It also leaves a bad taste imo.
