    Pre-Season is still over a week away, and yet I'm already optimistic for this coming season.
    The fixtures reflect some form of order, and let's face it ....... The same can't be said of July 2018 !! This time around suggests the Focus will be on the squad as a whole, but essentially the 11 to 15 shirts up for grabs. Which means many first teamers will get more minutes in one game, than they did in the whole of seven friendlies, last year .... All depending upon fitness, performances and 'understanding the game plan'.
    I sense too, that after the final friendly - Bowyer will pretty much have his 'preferred first eleven' in mind (later recruits aside ;) ), rather than still be pining the tail on the Donkey at League games six to ten !!
