Quality commanding central defender who has had great write ups from teams like Burton Albion and again at Peterborough United.

We kinda need to show we can compete with sides like Peterborough in the transfer market. They're not even a top side.

No but they will have a decent transfer kitty. They are due compensation for Poku when he leaves for Brum. Plus did £7m in sales last summer.

There are loanees and there are squad fillers……The decent quality Prem and CC loanees tend to be team fillers. The higher up the ladder , the better the quality , so hopefully we should see an upgrade.

 

That’s because they have a tried and tested player recruitment and transfer policy and have used it for nigh on 30 years under Barry Fry.
Please don’t think it’s McAnthony and the North American partners funding this largess , it’s not at all. Their tried and tested method keeps the club running , otherwise ……curtains with such a tiny fan base.

Out of that list Sonny Bradley would be top of my list and perfect for what we need in defence but I would suspect he will be out of our wage budget as I would imagine Wycombe will try to get him back and other top end league 1 clubs.
