Sometimes when I want a reality check I cast my mind back too the dark days under Edin Rahic and Stefan Rupp and realise how things can change for the better it just takes time.
Under Stefans solo ownership we have somehow managed to galvanize and restore a faith in our club which at the time seemed impossible.

With the game being off yesterday I sat down at watched the Stockport v Huddersfield game.

My thoughts are the longer Lee Grant is in charge the more damage to their promotion prospects are likely to be made. Huddersfield who started the day in fourth were content with sitting back all game in the hope to nick a nil nil draw. They made no effort to win the game and their fans must be livid. They played like I would expect a team in the bottom 4 would play, not a side looking with any realistic prospect of going up.

I fear Grant might be gone by the time we play them which would be annoying as he really is useless.

 

Totally agree. They had no right to expect anything from the Stockport game. Like you my worry is he will be sacked before they take us on at the dog kennel. They play Burton Albion away next week, if they lose I think he will be gone! A draw he might hang on. If we do manage to play them with Grant in charge and we win or draw tbh, then he will walk. The meltdown will be immense. They are already having a go at the owner. Fingers crossed.

 

If Grant is still manager when we play them, then city fans should show their support for him, and chant his name

Not on the top PL pitches you don't. These artificial pitches are light years behind and completely different to the surfaces these days in the Prem.
