    He was goaded by people committing a crime, if he has a half decent solicitor he’ll get off easily.

    He wasn't defending himself though. Hard to say someone was goading him, when that person was on the floor under his foot. There was real intent from McBurnie - he didn't do it once.
    Have any charges been pressed?

    If someone who has ‘pressed charges’ has illegally trespassed on his place of work as part of a huge mob then there are definitely strong grounds for case being instantly thrown out of the door.

    The fact that he had a broken foot must help his defence,he says he was trying to get out of the way.A decent barrister should get this case thrown out early doors.

    I think you are mistaken. He has been charged with common assault and is due to appear at Nottingham Magistrates Court on 28th July.

    My son plays in a academy in harrogate and ollie regularly comes and helps out, he's a really nice lad when he's there and great with the kids. And gives them great advice and is always positive.

    Obviously don’t know the circumstances other than what we saw on tv but on the surface of it he may have been better pleading guilty and getting the credit for it
