If he moves I reckon it will go down to the wire. Swansea want what they want and I reckon a few are interested but no one wants to move first. Could be a deadline day move.

 

We see it time and again that clubs over-inflate players with sell on clauses to cover what they have to pass on. If we said McBurnie was worth £15m, would we argue in today’s market?
(Please note - I do however agree these numbers are crazy!).

McBurnie says 0% in reply to what did Parker say was the sell on %. Not that it is 0%. He says it’s not 15% in reply to you. So could be 10% or could be 20% or whatever. We will most likely never know.

Why does it matter when he started?

Paperwork doesn't shred itself, it continues to exist long after it was made and executed. That's kind of the point of paperwork.

Without relying on your belief that this paperwork doesn't exist, using evidence alone, how have you drawn this conclusion?

 

Who's blaming Rahic, if there is a 15% sell on clause Julian & Mark have sold the club too cheaply .

Give over, he and the board will have known the question wss going to come up in the forum so will have showed Ryan the relevant paperwork to give everyone an answer. He didn't stumble across a piece of paper on the floor and put two and two together.

 

They actually just assume as that was standard at the time, but Ols deal wasn’t a standard one, as they got a large up front payment that increased going up-to a maximum figure that was reached some time ago.

 

I don't think anyone needs to assume anything, there is a written record of the deal.
