Not a Bad Day Out of the Office (Mixed Results)

How on earth do some of our fans have such blind faith to think we will get a good points haul from our next 3 games, especially given the experience we have had in the khazi league over the years?!

The last 3 games were very poor on the whole, with only Stockport being half decent opposition on paper - and certainly not at all impressive against us

I see absolutely no improvement in the squad, other than Clayton. The squad is weaker since Wright's departure

Given that League 2 always has a couple of teams that hit form from February onwards and make a late charge for the play-offs (any of Tranmere/Walsall/Donny/Grimsby?) my expectations of seeing a promotion this season are dwindling fast

 

He gets confused easy he will still be fuming that his beloved bin dippers got ousted out of the cup by a minnow

 

You missed Wimbledon….look at their last 14 or so results.

 

Concentrate on us- currently we are not good enough. Deep down you know this and hanging on to hope!

We sit in 8th in a poor league. Even if we did go up and it’s a big if we will come straight back down.

oh I am sorry that I ain’t positive that this season is on the brink of going down the khazi .............. you can go on and on about us occupying a play off place the majority of the season but to me it’s been false apart from the ODD good performance the majority of it has been crap and teams that tend to do that normally get caught out ............. still if you think a club with the biggest budget and the biggest attendances should be happy with clutching on to a play off spot then crack on ............. imagine being envious of the likes of Stevenage ????? Imagine wishing you could be above Morecambe and Accrington Stanley ????

 

Being above Accy and Morecambe would be good though? It would be progress so on that basis it's a good aim to begin with no?

So to sum up; if we’re crap it’s the happy clappers, if we’re brilliant it’s those with ambition / drive / never settling for second best who get the blame/take the credit?

To be fair, it could be 2 of any 10 teams. I mean, look at Colchester - they must be one of the form teams on the basis of their last 6 matches. Who would've thought they'd pose a threat a couple of months ago!
