Here is my challenge for the club. I have paid upfront for my season tickets. I intend to buy a parking spot if any available. If we don’t get promoted next season at the very least reach the playoffs my love affair with Bradford City will be over.

I don’t say this lightly, but I don’t think I can stand another season like the ones we have had to watch over the last few years.

it is time for Mr Rupp to invest in this club. This club has gone down since you and Mr Rahic arrived, a reluctance to properly invest is what is holding back. Yes we don’t want massive debts but there comes a Time when you have to or watch us fall off a cliff.

Mark Hughes was a good investment, give him what he wants and needs to make this club great again. If you buy an upmarket car, you have to fill it up with high quality fuel of it will just sit in the car park!

    It is time…….

My concern is that st's priced as they are, could fail in two key areas. Based on supporters optimism and not taking into account the huge increase in energy bills the Club will face, particularly in close season. Anything less than 17k will be of concern. How and if it affects our playing budget remains to be seen. I worry that we along with most other hand to mouth clubs will also regret not covering the increased running costs now present.

Less than 17k is an absolute certainty. Take a 1/3rd off and that's, what I reckon, will be the uptake.

I agree on increased costs and with a potential of a dwindling fanbase, I feel that will erode a playing budget further. That's not to say an eroded budget cannot be used wisely..

Hope, I'm wrong on the ST and erosion of budget mind. Time will tell.

Very well said. My own patience and any sense of buying another ST on blind trust has been exhausted. I trust Hughes and I think he's the best chance we've had for a long while. But I don't trust the ambition or capability of anyone else in a leadership position at the club. Its going to take a shite site more than anything we've seen under Rupp's tenure in the last 5 years to tempt me back to the fold.

The manner of our summer business will be telling. And it'll be worth keeping an eye on Crawley's business too...

Its worrying that the ST campaign is so weak almost blase that we all just turn up because MH is here, and that shows how weak we are off field

we need some strong leadership and we dont appear to have any

I'm guessing that it is going to be one of those campaigns that starts quite low key and slowly builds towards.... something. I think we are probably going to be seeing various videos like Lilly's over the next few weeks of different people's 'moments', and I'm hoping that the final one will be 'Huw' s'. Only it won't just be the 'moment' that he's owning ;)

You've got to have a dream, right?

Lilly wants get onto childline , putting her through this season isnt really fair

we dont need more bloody drone videos just someone to believe in with a bit of ambition, Sparks n Rupp about as mediocre as you could get, reflects in the team i suppose

I believe Saturdays win was the 3rd on the trot since Wagmi took control, as you say could be an interesting closed season.

General question, I don’t do away days as a main however my brother in law lives in Clapham and we are thinking of going to Wimbledon away next season as a one off. Do you think I’ll struggle to get tickets not having priority ?

No, but if so you can always pay to go in the home seated area.

Not sure if they are doing priority tickets next year. It will be based on the points you have earned this season

We are not there in isolation over clubs will face the same financial problems. We have “good budget” let’s use it wisely for once

Every confidence we will get it right next season .............the club got away with it due to Mark Hughes and they probably know that and I very much doubt Hughes himself will except our Mickey Mouse attitude that’s caused this club some right issues over the last few seasons ........... if Hughes fails and he’s got the right tools then the board can take no fault with that ........... but if Hughes ain’t backed big time with the right players the right scouting and the right budget then frankly this club will lose thousands next season and I think the board know that
