Watched a video last week about how they've upgraded the corporate side. I understand they have new owners/investors but the CEOs approach was impressive. To a lower level we have done similar stuff with the new seating and general spruce up albeit with limited funds. A lot don't appreciate it but those who do understand it shows a level of professionalism.

Looks like a full traing block inclucing gym, changing facilities, TV/film room, chill out area, canteen and kitchen, managers office, Youth team changing facilities, Ice bath. and then the pitches. One grass and one artificial. Parking including bike storage

Other difference could be accessability as the article on the Harrogate Town website says it is being funded by the club so presumablely they will have access whenever they want etc and also the option to then rent the pitches out to generate income from them like they used to do with the 4G pitch at the main ground before they had to replace it with grass when the got promoted back into the league

It mentions community funding on the article I read . ie Council.
It’s possible it’s wrong, as another article said club funding. It’s not very big looking at the artistic impressions though ? Who knows but it will certainly be an improvement on their current facility.

A full sized 3g pitch can cost up to £1m for full installation ensuring its FIFA Pro approved with floodlights, fencing, drainage etc. 5 aside ones are about £100k each.

£2.5m seems an underestimation. Doubt it will cost that when complete.
