No, we can't loan anyone else to replace as market is shut.

 

He might go back to Blackpool for treatment but I don't think it ends his loan as it was a season long one.

I hope you're right, but that's awfully optimistic.

"Too good for League Two", I'm not sure how Oteh qualifies given he's never played a game at this level and wasn't great at a higher level. Not knocking the lad, same story as Wells, but I don't think 'too good for League Two' is helpful. That's the kind of rubbish Andy Cole was telling Devante.

Pritchard might be a good player, but he needs to prove himself on a consistent basis, Connolly likewise, his career trajectory shows that he's a League Two player, and Ismail is a clear case of a very good player stifling himself. Anyone once touted as a £100m player is clearly far from technically useless, but there's a reason he's worth closer to £100 than £100m, and why Walsall happily released him.

 

How on earth have two people agreed with this?

There's a combined total of about 500 minutes in the 5 players and somehow their all too good for this level?

One of them hasn't even played yet ffs!

Scraping a win against a struggling Northampton doesn't scream too good for league 2 to me. Think people have got a bit carried away with the first positive 30 minutes out of the whole season. I'll judge the above at xmas time depending on game time.

Just realised I was one of them that liked that post, it was actually the second half of the post I agreed with- that after the substitutions were made that the game got interesting, there- I’ve said it and I’ll stick by it.
