All this announcement highlights to me is that we only sold about 550 during the first week of sales last season. Even "over 1000" doesn't seem like much tbh but credit where it's due for the increase.. Another bit of news that points to improvements all round

 

Any news on the away kit or are we just sticking with the white home and away for cost saving purposes?

 

Does it matter and why / how does it save money? Most of the shirts/kits are sponsored!

 

Jokes aside, I can't see what's to be gained by them holding off on announcing the away kit now. We've already played several games in the white kit. Anyone who was desperate to buy it straight away will have done so by now. Anyone likely to buy both will do so anyway, regardless of the timing.
If anything, delaying the away kit will now be slowing sales of the home strip as people wait to see which they prefer.

 

I reckon it will tie in with the match at Accrington.

 

If it was a joke , I sincerely hope he doesn’t try and make a career out of it
