    On the face of it, another great peice recruitment. Glad to see we've replaced Sparks vacant role rather than simply incorporate it into his current responsibilities

    “I started with a plan to improve all areas of the club and I believe we’ve achieved this.

    Furthermore, ranking first for financial performance in the latest ROI measures just demonstrates the club’s financial stability.

    With the hard truth interview, this ties in with the ethos and thinking of Sparks. On the face it, seems a forward move.

    It's a good decision. Ryan can't (and shouldn't try) to do everything himself. In the same way Turnbull came in, we needed a specialist in this role. Good news,this.

    Excellent move, like anyone in sales he will have his own pre existing client's which will be an upsell if they are with the new guy for not just supporting the local rugby team but looking at the return and commercial exposure through city.
