Tbf the deal all hinges on whether they can retain @Storck@Storck ’s business.

I reckon they will sell off the stores and lease them back, sell the manufacturing, farms, fishing boats etc. They will also take a holiday from paying into the pension
    And then sell it.
They may even bring the stores into the 20th Century.

Did we ever get a definitive answer to the question
    “ which is the sh!ttiest Morrison’s?”
It was close between Thornbury and Girlington but not sure if there was a declared winner.

Bought 1000 shares when nephew worked there a good few years ago and they did a special price to encourage staff to buy them
Think it's time to cash in
No takeover ever favours the selling company

You won't have a choice whether you want to sell them or not. Once the takeover has been approved by the shareholderrs (it's already been agreed by the Board) then you'll have to sell them on whatever terms is agreed by the shareholders. I think it's around £2.54 per share at the moment .. unless another bid comes in!

Happy with price gives me a profit for a change
I understand this is a second bid for them from 2 different sources
Wouldn't rule out another bid maybe from Japan
They seem to like Bradford food companies
