Morecambe should sue the b#ggers that allowed it to happen, worse than negligence

I don't know where this has come from but it's not true. The club are still going and the business is still alive (just). Unless a miracle happens and a takeover happens the club won't be expelled from the National League until the deadline on 20th, even then if the club is expelled the business could keep going like Bury did.

I don't see how this is resolved in the next next days and if it's not then the only outcome will be Morecambe being thrown out of the National League.
I do have concerns about this Panjab Warriors group as well as nobody seems to know much about who they are, how they've made their money and how much they have but at this stage anything is better than the current owner and it's a conversation for another day.

Remember the young kid, 21 year old Indian “millionaire” who was allegedly going to buy Morecambe FC about 3 seasons ago, who when it came to pass he had zero funds ?
He’s allegedly involved I read earlier this week? More smoke and mirrors? The omens aren’t bright.

    An old article

The takeover has been approved by The National League but we've been here before when the EFL approved the takeover in June but that never happened so positive news for Morecambe but still not saved quite.

It's been rumoured for a while that is the first thing they would do, they must have someone lined up quite possibly a big name. It is a very risky move and it is really harsh on Adams who's done a great job at Morecambe under very difficult circumstances.
If he has got wind of this then that explains why he hung around as he knew he'd be paid off and he goes away as the manager who stuck with the club at their lowest and gave them a chance of survival last season.
I wouldn't be surprised if he got a league 2 job at some point this season with a team that is struggling.

    Now confirmed - https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/articles/cwygp4y1e81o

Ashvir Singh Johal has become the first Sikh to take charge of a professional British club with his appointment as Morecambe manager.

The 30-year-old also becomes the youngest manager in the top five tiers of English football.

The Shrimps were taken over by the Panjab Warriors consortium on Sunday, ending a lengthy period of uncertainty for the National League club.

Singh Johal, who has never managed a first-team side, replaces Derek Adams, who was sacked on Monday.

Singh Johal has previously worked under Kolo Toure at Wigan and as an assistant to Cesc Fabregas during his time with the youth team at Italian side Como.

Earlier this summer, Singh Johal also became one of the youngest coaches in the history of English football to complete his Uefa Pro Licence qualification.

    -------------------

Very strange to sack an experienced manager who you'd probably want in their situation to appoint a 30 year old into his first manager role.

I think their wish to buy the club is a bit strange all round. They have no prior connection to football or to Morecambe. Little is known about them or the source of their funding.
They are talking to the supporters group which is a good thing. I do hope that Morecambe haven't leapt from the frying pan into the fire and that it works out.
