If he ends up getting sacked then he will fully deserve it. He’s been given everything required to build promotion winning team and we’re not even close. Even when we do actually win, it’s so bad to watch. I was going to watch the Carlisle game on iFollow but woke up 20 minutes late, glad I did and followed the the text instead because it would have been another £10 wasted. Zero shots on target today, absolutely unacceptable.

I considered ifollow for a few seconds, glad I didn't waste £10 on it. I'm missing Harrogate as well as we are away, again I'm happy about that. Would rather be in an Ambleside pub than watching the rubbish he turns out.

He's been given a much better budget than any recent manager and he's spunking iit up the wall.

I would have him replaced by Sean Dyche, but can't see him dropping down so low.

 

Sorry, but the fault lies entirely at the hands of Hughes.
Been backed well by the board, the recruitment has been good (in my opinion).
The tactics and in game management are absolutely dreadful. No excuse for negative football at this level with the backing and support Hughes has had

seriously I’m done with him and the sad thing I think thousands are doing the same ............. that was a good following up there but I bet a load where put up with with Hughes arrogance ............. honestly I cannot recall a club with our level of support that continue to run into idiots ............. the likes of Pompey/Bolton in there dire financial messes got out of this league in less time than us but year up year we run into someone who simply thinks he’s above us ........... it’s getting beyond a joke now ........... and if the season goes the way I think it will do then good look in trying to sell season tickets on the back of a season of negative shit ................ honestly if we went out and lost the next two home games and we actually have had a go then I would be happy but we simply don’t .............. you know what’s coming Thursday ...... Rochdale a team with one win in 9 will be allowed to make themselves at home because our boring negative play will allow it yet again .......... we should be going after them from the off but we won’t and there lies the problem the toxic attmosphere starts and the players will drop into there shells because one arrogant clown lets it happen again

Is he the right manager to lead us out of Division Two?
Only time will tell but tonight I feel we are a million miles away from a promotion winning team.
Only the overhaul poor quality of the majority of sides in our league keep City in with an outside chance.

MH has to change whether he likes it or not. You can only back failure if you can see improvement. Not only is there no improvement, confidence is draining away both fans and players. Someone needs to explain this concept to him or otherwise his job is on the line. Does he want to end his managerial career here? Other clubs are watching, but they will see what we have.

 

Were playing Harrogate Town at home this Thursday evening, and we know how games against Harrogate Town usually finish.

They will be up for it and are possibly slight favourite on paper based on our current form at home.
The FA Cup defeat was embarrassing from so many aspects and to be honest even the away win I witnessed at their ground wasn't deserved.

 

We are still favourites to win. Harrogate are poor this year. Put it this way, the bookies have us 3/4 and Harrogate are 4/1. It’ll be a draw won’t it, and a chorus of boos at another two points dropped!

 

Yep I know and I'll still be there, so much optimism at the start of the season (and I still haven't given up on a play off place) but things have got to change and todays post match interview was the first time I'd heard Hughes actually say as well as players our formation could change.

 

2 big home games in succession, they should be seen as an opportunity. He needs to change which obviously isn’t working. 442 isn’t the answer regardless of what some think, today proved that when we went backwards in the last 20 minutes. Personally I’d go 433 and try stop losing the midfield battle and go from there. Bring East or Songo’o in, I’m not overly bothered which.
