Wow, so Mansfield were bigger favourites for promotion than us... I'm surprised by that.

Is that a recent update as the last from Hughes was a couple of weeks, that's not good news, we need Cook back and scoring.

This is not looking good at all. Both Cook and Pattison are key to the teams success. Just as we have got over all the away matches.

Saturday will be a barometer of how we can cope without both. However Hughes needs to change the approach and find a way of getting the ball to Walker, Odour, Smith as quickly as possible.

I won’t be surprised to see Oyegoke and Richards as WB’s. However if it were up to
me it would be 4-2-3-1 with Odour (LW), Walker (no.10) & Pointon (RW) behind Smith. Halliday would be RB. Won’t happen though….

That's the sort of thing that finishes managers off, unfortunately. Make a mediocre start under tough conditions, then when the schedule eases, injuries kneecap you.

Let's hope we still make the most of our home games.

Great, now Odour is out on Saturday (though congratulations to the lad for the international call up).

Hughes & Hodges ‘tinkering’ skills are gonna be tested this weekend
