Pointed out to me on another thread, I'd forgotten how well we'd been doing that season until the fall out. Looking back it seemed a relatively small incident that had a catastrophic impact. Our decline literally started with that moment on the team coach.

But wasn’t Rahic right about Hendrie not being a very good player?

 

I think it was more down to him trying to move the goalposts regarding the fee to Burnley ...........and lets be right with what did come in after Rahic should have had no saying in what is a good or bad player.

It was. I went to that match. It was the worst we had played in a while.
Went with Shipley Bantams, we set off at 6.30 am. Had a nice pub lunch en route. We had a freelance sports reporter for The Times with us. It was Gregor Robertson who used to play for Forest. Nice bloke.

Explains his sudden departure from Morecambe to join BPA, looks like he is slowing his playing career down to start a career in coaching and to have a UEFA A license he must be serious about it.
It will be interesting to see how he does over the next few years and we never know he could be a future City manager.
