    Time to face facts.
    We are getting absolutely stripped down to the bare bones so that it becomes cheap enough for him to buy it himself.
    We have an owner sat in Germany who quite clearly isn't that bothered about us and has no idea how football works never mind running a football club.
    Mixed messages saying money is available yet we have one of the weakest squads i can remember and can't seem to get any deals over the line.
    Who is actually running the club? Where's the direction?

    The club will never move forwards with him at the helm. Until someone with a modern, forward thinking mindset replaces him and move this club into the modern era, we'll continue to stagnate or move backwards.

    ive been saying this for years.. Rhodes has been a cancer in this club for years. He needs to go asap.. Such a shame we lost Gibb to this idiot :(

    I understand the sentiment but im sure the post was just trying to describe his feeling towards Rhodes and his running of the club.
    The only other word i can think of is maybe virus haha probably not the best word to use either at the moment.

    Second Admin that wasn’t needed due to fall out with the other owner & landlord of Valley Parade.

    Various investors touted/failed through the years, including one with no money who ran off with a cheerleader.

    Failed to invest in the club infrastructure when money was finally gained in 2013.

    Tried to sell club to Italian investor...again with no money, who failed at QPR.

    Sold club to Rahic & Rupp who could ‘take the club to the next level’

    Yep, COVID crisis & salary cap is at fault.

    Julian Rhodes given a football club by his dad to keep him away from the family business!

    I'd be happier if Rupp had appointed Lawn, but then Lawn wasn't going to sort out the books, which by all accounts were a dreadful mess after Rahic left.

    Now, though, I'm not seeing how Rhodes compliments Rupp.

    Rupp is the owner, he needs to find someone who can oversee success.

    As has been said many times, Edin had good ideas. He was simply incapable of executing them without making a balls up of everything he touched.
