Sorry for him. Don’t think we’ll see him play for us again, and unfortunately I think it’s a lower league career for him, if that. Mentally this must be very tough.

Blimey. Did this happen at training? In the pre season games he had shown a lot more ‘intent’. Really so very very difficult for him and City! I guess they will have to reconsider what is left of the transfer budget.

Hope for a speedy recovery for the lad. I like his attitude of wanting to be around the team and helping out at the club whilst he's recovering. -

Seemed like he was really fighting this season and could have really got a chance.

Don’t care what anyone says, you can’t deny we rarely had injuries under the tenure of PP. He knew how important it was to have correct warm ups/warm downs and insisted on a good physio and conditioner on the books. He was streets ahead when it came to sports science, something which has cost us dear over the past few years!
