Ashley Fletcher - Can’t see any actual links, just someone on X suggesting we sign him.

Ryan Graydon - Appears to have come from Nixon, so most likely nothing in it.

 

Need a target man, don't much care from where as long as he can help us succeed. Can currently ply his trade in the Latvian 3rd division for all I care.

Apparently we're looking at Accringtons CD Benn Ward 21 year old I believe he's been on our radar for a while.

 

Depends on how the board look at it ..............we may go down the cheap and cheerfull route or Rupp may push the boat out knowing we hsve nothing to lose ..........money rom the cup extra gate money and knowing tha Pointon will bring money in if needed.

Kavanagh and Lapslie look done. Pattison possibly another who seems out of favour. Dont see room for Byrne now Tilt is back and Pennington not far off.

You are probably correct but moving them on will not be easy, as has been proven in the past

 

If we can move on shite like Kelleher, Osadebe and Oduor - we can move on any of those. All of them are out of contract in July apart from Lapslie and I doubt he is one we are desperate to shift on anyway.

 

I am beginning to wonder if there is activity around Neuf ….Seemed to have lost focus over the last few weeks, subbed, and now dropped . Either he’s been suffering from illness, he’s burnt out or interest from outside?

One thing I’ve noticed since Sharpe came onboard is, we haven’t (from memory) mutually cancelled anyone’s contract. We’ve let them run down or sent them out on loan.

 

I think he’s just needed the rest. As Alexander says in today’s T&A, he only had a 3 week break at the end of the season. With the upcoming bunch of fixtures being against “lesser” opponents, maybe the time is right to give him a break before we start on the tougher return fixtures in the new year.
