So was i, didn't shock me as some of our football fans (i stress a very small minority) make pig shit look intelligent.

This comment from Sergio "No axe to grind with Sparky. He was far from a disaster. Made alot of mistakes but the best of a bad bunch we have had since the German takeover.

That said, hope they go down. A horrible fanbase."

So what? He chose the move that was best for him and his family, in what way can that ever be described as "unforgivable"?

It was hardly Mo Johnston moving from Celtic to Rangers.

Told by someone today who has connections with the club that we had a striker down at the club all day Thursday with promotional photos and everything done but despite a lot of effort couldn’t reach agreement. Ithink that player was Freddie Ladapo

If he didn’t reach agreement why the heck did he get on the bus from Huddersfield , or conversely why did Hudders allow him to come over. Odd?

Scouring around other results I see Smith scored again for Barrow today. A decent poachers finish (although he’d only been on the pitch a few minutes).

To prevent our better players going to Huddersfield, I have a novel idea.

    Be better than Huddersfield.

It's all our fault, not the individual players, if we can't compete with a team from a town the size of Huddersfield.

Blame us and only us for being where we are.

Why do folk actually think we would bring in someone in to replace Cook surly that would mean spending big money something our owner tends not to do :(

It was always gonna be cheap and cheerfull and hope somehow one of them comes up trumps

    Here’s a question…

Has anyone spent a large amount of money bar Wrexham in L1/2 this window ……?

I can’t find much of note Gaz.

Spending big doesn't necessarily mean transfer fees to be fair and I'm sure Gaz isn't referring to Rupp not spending purely based on this window because if we'd have recruited properly in the summer we'd have already had Cooks proper replacement at the club.

No of course not wages are the largest factor, however taking wages / transfer fees or a combo of both, can you find anyone who has spent big this window bar Wrexham and maybe Birmingham?

    I’m struggling !

No Kev but whilst browsing I did notice our old adversary Harry McKirdy has joined Bromley so we may be seeing him again soon.

Ken Davey and Dean Hoyle . As owners goes a long way in helping them to stay ahead of us. Business men, who were willing to invest, with Hoyle stepping in again when the last chairman, Phil Hodgkinson's business went tits up. The last two , life long fans also.
