    I genuinely think he stays if Bowyer get's sacked after the Mansfield game. Shame really when you look at the shot stats of the last 2 games and the goals from open play compared to Bowyer Ball. Think he would've thrived under McCall and used in the manner he should've been. I think Vaughan left because of the Manager and not the club. Would definitely have him back under McCall. 11 goals under Bowyer, absolute miracle. Played in a team creating chances he would be around the 20 mark no questions. I think Bowyer was going to get another month but the Oldham game put the nail in the already closing coffin and Vaughan couldn't bare another month playing his football. Hardly surprising.

    Bet he’s regretting leaving now Bowyers gone tbh. Though not the smartest move if he wanted to go to a team who play decent football, I’ve seen Tranmere this season they’re terrible and their pitch is worse than ours! Plus they look a certainty to go down.

    Tbh though thinking about it I doubt it was his choice to go.

    Still our top scorer and if he returned he'd still be our best striker. Always gave 100% here even though he was flogged to death and completely misused so I'm not sure why there's all the negativity.

    I thought he was quality. Always put a shift in, despite being asked to do the wrong job. No wonder those frustrations led to bookings on the pitch.
    Looking forward to getting him back.
