I remember her being invited to see members of our government and how pathetically doe eyed they looked as she ran through her scripts made my mummy and daddy. Lets not beat around the bush, mummy and daddy are just like anybody else with their own motives to make shitloads of money, just a shame they are using their daughter (i bet you didn't know she suffers from Aspergers cos it never ever gets mentioned) to front their own gain. As i said before best to ignore the media led bullshit.

 

This is what I find interesting, the notion that she must be in it for the money (or her family are) and must be attacked. But these huge energy conglomerates and think tanks lobbying on their behalf get off lightly, is baffling to me..I’m the biggest hypocrite in the world when it comes to climate change because I like doing things that are damaging to the environment, doesn’t mean I deny what scientists say because it makes me feel uncomfortable...But I suppose that’s the boxing match world we live in now, absolutely no nuance whatsoever, just pick a side, and fight.

 

The fight against supposedly damaging the planet has been around for ages with experts in many fields on both sides offering their two penneth worth to the debate. But this unknown kid somebody suddenly appears from nowhere on the back of publicity machine making it sound like nobody has ever discussed world problems before. Business will dictate when and where we make ecological decisions not people like Greta Thunberg.

 

Business is a greedy fat bastard and will only dictate change when it's profitable to do so.

 

Boom, got it in one. Years ago we were told it wasn't possible to run the country on renewable energy, of course it was a lie. But imagine changing to renewable in a very short time frame, your economy is finished. The whole reason the chnge over point is 2050, not for our benefit but for the benefit of the big players round the top table. Can't have those boys losing their ' hard earned' billions. Besides theres a lot of money in these windturbines and the like, individually some of them clear 1/2 million pounds profit per year for their investors.

Some MPs or maybe I should say many MPs will do whatever they can to make sure any sort of excit from the EU is not happening.
Once again we go back to the referendum form that said remain or leave, it didnt say leave with a deal and it didnt say leave without a deal.
Mays deal was defeated 3 times so unless there is movement on that deal we have the British electorates backing to leave without a deal on October 31 2019, if the EU had ant ball they'd say no further extensions.

Not a lot about Brexit in Spain so I'm a little shocked to see when we got home Boris has been to the Queen and got her backing to suspend Parliment.
There is a petition doing the rounds with over 1,000,000+ signatures on it, come back when you have more than 17,000,000 on it then you might have an arguement.
Paul Mason organising a rally in London on Saturday about it not being democratic, you couldn't make it up what many of our MPs are trying to ditch/ignore the real democratic vote, I believe it was called the Referendum Vote we had way back in 2016 which had a majority of over 1,000,000 .

Everyone's wages, pensions, benefits and services, Education, defence, NHS, local council etc, Yes everything in the country is paid for by businesses and the taxes and wages and pensions they pay, Gets my goat when the left think the money comes from a snowflake tree and denigrate the very part of the economy that pays for everything.

 

And don't forget businesses are started up by individuals usually putting their house and life savings on the line, no magic money tree for them...and those good folk would be first in line to be punished by any socialist left leaning government....
