    I have yet to actually receive a code for a game by email without having to chase them up.

    Anyone else having the same issue?

    Likewise. In fairness, a guy at the club (Marco?) has always sorted out the issue but can't get to them bottom of why I and a friend don't receive the code automatically. All six tickets were bought on Family & Friends and two of us continue to have this same problem. The other 4 get their codes routinely without any intervention. Apparently, there are lots of ST fans in a similar position and a list has been compiked to send the codes out manually to oversome the issue. We've now been asked to change our email addresses to see whether that improves things. But I get the impression that nobody at the club understands why so many fans are having this problem and instead are looking for workarounds.

    Yes, I've had to get in touch with the Club again today. 3 home matches, 3 emails not received.

    Funnily enough, the Club have no problem sending me their weekly newsletter.

    Surely the company behind the software have a responsibility to provide support in situations like this, which I imagine is affecting all clubs. I would think an update or major fix should be imminent seeing as they have known about this for some weeks now.

    You'd think so wouldn't you? But from my discussions about my continuing problem, the guy I was speaking to is as frustrated as everybody else. They've no idea what is the underlying problem although it appears that some of the email details are invalid. I guess that's one of the reasons why they've had at least two attempts to get ST fans to update their email details only recently. Mine are definitely correct (the club even confirmed this) but now they've asked me to use an alternative email address to see whether that works.

    Just had a reply to my email asking for a code:
    "Just to confirm there is no code for the Monday Harrogate Town match- this will be automatically applied to your iFollow account
    I have also sent a support request to our bulk email delivery partner to see why this is happening " This is in response to my question about why I have not received any codes to date

    So why is it splashed over FB that all the codes have been sent out?

    Left hand and right hand need to meet ASAP I think.

    If you log into your Bradford City iFollow account and go to 'Next Match' it should now say "Access to the match live on iFollow will be available here from 1 hour before kick-off".

    I am assuming that if it says that, then your sorted.

    Also If you are in your Bradford City iFollow account and you click on your name that appears in the top RHS, you will get a page the shows details of your account. Halve way down it says PURCHASED PACKAGES. Click on that and you will get
    Video Match Pass 14/10/2020 ACTIVE MasterCard XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX X/XXXX Not available

    It was a twitter post on the match thread. I read that to be a code being sent out but clearly it isn't.

    If they don't give you a code for the Harrogate game cause it's on Sky its a bit rough on those that don't have it
