Hi. Can you be more specific? 1.Are you actually abroad? 2. Have you paid any money for the service? Are you accessing on a phone/tablet or a computer?

 

You need to make sure you register an overseas address and payment (credit card). Then you need to ensure that your ISP is recorded as overseas (for some reason, some overseas hotels seem to use UK addresses for their WiFi - comes up as as ‘London, UK’).

Finally, once you have fully created your account, you just need to wait until about 20-30mins before the game starts and you will get chance to register for the game.

As @BoingBoing said, you might have a problem because of the UK registration. You can use the chat feature to ask someone at iFollow what you can do. They are usually very responsive and helpful.

 

VB is worse than Carling. Cats piss. If you are in Melbourne get on a Melbourne Bitter or Carlton draught or crownie as a standard. Just don't leave your schooner upside down at the pub otherwise you might entice a couple of the VB drinking 'David Boon' lookalikes into a blue.

 

If you have already registered, you will definitely have problems if you ty to use the same account. You will need to create a new one, giving an overseas address and trying with a different card. Then as long as your internet provider is registered as overseas too, you should be good to go

But as Australia are 10+hrs in front, sadly you’ll have missed it already. Can you do me a favour though and check the score and let me know what it ended up before I submit my entry into this week’s Prediction League.

You don't need an overseas address. If he has paid the correct subscription he can use it anywhere in the world. If he's in Aus he needs to click on the "Chat Bubble" on the ifollow page and they will sort it out. I have the full subscription from my UK address and have used all over.

 

I attempted to use my existing UK subscription against Barnsley, from overseas. Didn’t give me an option to watch (I could select audio only).

Clicked on the chat and they explained that the service for Saturday games is only available to overseas members and I was classed as a UK member who happened to be overseas. The only way around it was to register again, providing an overseas address (I used the hotel address) and hey presto.
