    Isn’t that refreshing a club with a plan that is happy to share with its fans who are also stakeholders in my view.

    TARGET SQUAD BUDGET emerging -pre peak - peak -twilight .....I have our squad TWIGHLIGHT.

    They also missed a group called useless at all ages and time.... that is us....

    Some on here think your owner and CEO don't even need to have any interest, knowledge, or experience in football. It's all just luck on who you appoint...

    Anyway I don't want this board to appoint a DoF when they can't even get the manager right after 7 years and 9(?) rolls of the dice.

    Thanks for that, it's simply brilliant. A lower league club without pots of money but with a vision, a clear strategy and a plan on how to grow and develop the club's footballing side. A plan not based on a knee jerk response to events but one which has structure and designed to accommodate change when it happens. It's so refreshing.

    It pains me to admit it but this is a club going places. I only wish that this kind of approach had been adopted at VP and we were already on a similar journey. There's still time to adopt this kind of approach at VP. It ought to be compulsory reading for our current CEO. Regrettably I'm not convinced that the leadership of Rupp and Sparks would ever be able to consider such an approach. They seem intent on simply maintaining the status quo

    Our plan was that we might have recovered from Rahic in 5 years.

    But we haven't even managed that.
