Not sure where we go from here. After a bright start ,everything is falling apart rapidly.
Canavan , Eisa, Angol injured , Lavery and Robinson also possible injuries, Although how these players that are not involved other than a couple of minutes here and there are meant to get fit or form partnerships is beyond me with the managers tactics.
Gillead and Evans total waste of wages, Songo ? Foulds , keiheller not good enough for league football.
Adams has a lot of work to do , but also needs to take a good hard look at his own approach.

 

About 10 games into the new season and there is talk on here about Adams leaving. I think some people need to lay off the drugs.

How the hell are players like Lavery and Robinson getting injured without even playing. Both out for Crawley game, not that they will be missed

 

The more I think back to his interview when Robinson was signed and how little he’s featured, the more I think Adams didn’t want him at all and I think it’s a reason Turnbull has gone, pure conjecture but could be something in it. Also strange how Sparks phoned DMac asking if they had any striker for loan, doesn’t scream to me Adams was calling the shots on who comes in. It really wouldn’t surprise me if it kicked off behind the scenes and I think Adams will be taking control from now on. He left a league 1 club to come here and his tone doesn’t strike me as happy atm, Sparks will most likely tow the line with him and try give him what he wants. But that will take budget.

 

Seen a few people on twitter saying Vernam was limping and holding his hamstring towards the end of the game. If he's injured then we may as well just call it a day.

 

We are going through a bad spell, the frustration of which stem from an inability to bring in goalscorer/s in the transfer window. It seems Adams lays the blame with Turnbill although it would be interesting to her his side of the story. Talk already in the T and A about being ready for January also adds to the frustration, we can't seem to get the balance of a transfer window right. Trueman and Sellars showed what can be done with any squad of players last season and i expect Adams to get some reaction out of what he's got at his disposal. Adams probably will get success at Bradford but it won't be with this squad of players, as such its gonna take longer than we wanted or expected to get it.

 

Sorry, but I disagree.

Any manager who puts a completely new team out that has never played together is asking for trouble. Kicking around on the practice pitch is one thing but knowing where each other runs and passes to is completely different.

His comment was like a 6 year old sulky kid - see I did what you wanted and it was rubbish.

That's before I even get started on asking who he thought was going to score from that non-scoring starting team and their defensive formation.

I'm having huge suspicions that Songo'o is actually Hope Akpan in disguise.

 

Shame because we played our best football under T & S with him in the team. You could tell he'd played at a decent level although coming to the end of his career. What we have now is three bang average league 2 strikers, not a combination you'd put your money on to get you promoted. Hindsight eh......

Don’t agree at all. Over 46 games you are never lucky to get promoted. You go up because you deserve to. Even without Adams they are holding their own in league one.
