    Simply win today, I love a good performance and have even criticised wins when we’ve been crap at times. However today we can get back to within 3 points of the playoffs with two wins led games following this over the next 7 days. Grimsby are fighting for their lives so it might not be pretty, but we need the win at all costs or it’s time to get the deck chairs out until next season.

    Does anyone know what the pitch is like at VP? I am four miles away and my lawn is similarly covered. BBC Weather forecast showing dry conditions until 7pm (they obviously have the weekend as days off).

    They're clearly expecting Grimsby to park the bus given that lineup. Best hope they do otherwise there's no pace in this side to counter.
