I've 940 points logged on at 9 amd couldn't get them

 

They disappeared and now there back again

What the hell has mill fires in Bradford got to do with the price of fish….absolutely pointless.

 

The Ticketing system is poor because we have a poor Chief Exec who has no idea how to organise and plan things. Spouts a good line in PR but is not able to put in to practice due to lack of experience and business ability Learning on the job is just nor good enough as the fans suffer his flawed attempts

The problem today was simply removing the 950 cap and then recognising season ticket holders .Its unbelievable that these things aren’t tested before hand . It’s happened multiple times already ticket sales due to be 9AM and coming on at 9.30ish . It’s unacceptable Every other week and sparks should be sorting it out. City deleted 2 tweets saying tickets were on sale it’s embarrassing for them when the fans are telling the club the issues threw twitter

 

He gets paid to hire the correct people and Ryan Sparks has failed to do since he's been CEO. It's tough as people compare him to James Mason which is not fair on him. But a CEO should get the basics right. He takes the lads for a jolly to Italy while there is no running water in the toilets or hand dryers working. Poor catering with pies running out before half time too.

 

I went onto the ticket site on the stroke of nine. Still saying 950 points. Tried again at quarter past - same. Tried ringing the ticket office. Queued for 45 minutes to be told they'd sold out and don't know if they'll be getting any more.
Seriously pissed off that the club couldn't get the sale to ST holders up at 9am, when I'd have had a chance. This system is an utter fecking joke.

 

I'm abit pissed off too.
Always managed to get tickets in the past.
Missed out on barrow and hartlepool now .2 trips I made last season.

 

Or corned beef. In Argentina.

 

Currently been waiting 45 minutes fir a live chat because the time to wait on a call is about three days

No Hartlepool ticket for me. I had to leave the house at 9.20 for an appointment. Thought I had plenty of time if I was on the ball and ready at 9am.
Apparently not.
All sold out when I got back. A bit of a foul up.

 

If it was only about away games fair does but it’s not It’s about spending money with the club. 1903 club , suggested new membership , home games , cup games . Whilst it’s main priority is away game allocations you also amass points threw various ways . Spending a extra £125 to upgrade to a suite for 50 points when just attending gets you 20 is fair game in my eyes .


Loyalty points will be awarded to each supporter - over the course of the 2021/22 season and beyond - on the following basis:

- Purchasing a season ticket: 150 loyalty points

- Purchasing a Bradford City membership package - to be launched ahead of 2022/23 in due course: 100 loyalty points

- Attending a home fixture: 20 loyalty points

- Attending a home pre-season friendly: 10 loyalty points

- Attending an away fixture: 10 loyalty points
